DR. Nadia Cheaib Initiator speech: Welcome to Sociality, the worldwide first and only unique gate to Sustainable Professional and Transparent Social Responsibility.
I was brought up during the Lebanese civil war and my childhood was affected daily by bombs, injuries, and have been surrounded by daily scenes. yet, I was the lucky girl whose parents and family weren't directly affected neither in health nor in wealth, so I grew with the sense of feeling fortunate and thankful, which led me to sense of responsibility towards those who didn't share my providence. Also, my father was a pioneer social entrepreneur, counting his professional success as achievement only when he used it as pillar to support other growing. Life treated me so well that I was luck studding all my college and first professional years in France, a great land for the spirit of social responsibility.
Pride students of the faculty of medicine and pharmacy, were driven weekly to the warehouses of medicines and medical equipment to prepare shipments to be sent to people in need in India and Africa.
Once in 2002, I had the opportunity of building my own first company ClinServ, my father was still alive and his first recommendations was, in addition to believing in my success thanks to my scientific background. He reminded me that continuous success and blessing of my company will come only if I develop it with the social responsibility philosophy, reminding me always a quote of Prophet Muhammad PBUH ‘...Whoever walks towards his brother needs, God will walk beside him towards his own needs.....'.

In 2005 my Dad passed away, therefore dedicating the company grew to a foundation after his name, was just the least I can do for his memory. Talking about my dad foundation with passion and deep beliefs in the cause he always defended (please refer to http://www.hopemcf.org ), I saw controversial reactions from people in Lebanon and MEA. This is how I came to share with people, the fact donors need to trust the foundation they are supporting. Other discussions led me also to conclusion that foundations need to rely on sustainable donors to achieve their cause. Having being blessed being myself a donor through the profits of my company, and also a foundation representative believing in the causes I am supporting and feeling it what it means to be ready to achieve the cause targets when given the resources, I felt it's of my duty to initiate that bridge.


Sociality
The bridge between reliable foundations and serious corporates willing to support reliability criteria were defined with the professional jury of international business and philanthropy and quality background, this is how the NGO standards were born and adopted by the WANGO to achieve international training of the reliable foundations. Criteria of serious Social responsible Corporates were also defined with the creation of strategic consultancy to corporates to allow them investing their funds into the right causes. The whole program on the partnership of the Arab league and WANGO, and several ministries of social affairs, education, health and women empowerment and more and more to come thanks to your continuous efforts.
